Boys & Girls Clubs of Northern Westchester's 14th Annual Golf Tournament Tees Off on September 9th.
Mt. Kisco, NY (August 20, 2008) – The Boys and Girls Clubs of Northern Westchester will hold its fourteenth annual Golf Tournament on Tuesday, September 9, 2008 at GlenArbor Golf Club, Bedford, NY. Proceeds generated from the tournament go directly towards the Clubs' programs and annual scholarships.
The golf tournament commences at 10:00 a.m. with registration, followed by an 11:30 a.m. lunch buffet. A shotgun start for the golfers will be at 1:00 p.m. Hors d'oeuvres and a buffet dinner will be served following the tournament at 5:30 p.m. There will be an awards presentation during dinner, along with a silent auction featuring great tickets, VIP items, and more.
Brian Skanes, Executive Director of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northern Westchester said he is pleased with the tournament's growth. "We are very grateful to our community for their continuing support," he said. "Participating in or sponsoring the tournament is a great way to contribute to a worthy cause while having fun."
The Tournament will feature Hole-in-One, Longest Drive and Closest-to-the-Pin contests.
The Golf Tournament Committee is chaired by Jim Steets and includes members: Steve Alvarado, Lou Claytor, Bruce M. Cohen, John Crabtree, Terry Kramer, Graham Leveston, Robert J. Levine, John New, Tom O'Neil, Bruce Orenstein, George Roach, Todd Rockefeller, Nick Scala, Rick Talmadge, and Tom Trotta.

About the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northern Westchester
